Sean Mills Rocks! Read my reviews and you will see that I rarely say nice things when doing a review. Today our compressor went down. I talked to several people at IR and most of them were somewhat helpful but then I got Sean on the phone, he took the time to make sure that I got the email with the parts diagram that someone else supposedly had sent me, then he asked questions which nailed down the exact problem we had been having. This guy is a keeper and i truly hope if and when we ever have an issue we get to talk to him. I couldn't be more pleased with his level of service.

Took my gas compressor in for a service, they tell me it 153 a hour for service and they can’t tell me how long it’s going to take to service. Seriously 153 a hour, these guys are a joke. Save your hard earned money and buy a compressor with a better Service department.
Ingersoll Rand. I want to thank you for having Sean as your salesman. If he wasn’t such an ass I wouldn’t of gone somewhere else to purchase my compressor with a Honda motor for 1,000 less than your compressor. I am referring everyone in my industry to the company that I purchased my equipment. Sean doesn’t have a clue on customer service. For that I give 1 star. What I asked for was done by the other company.
If I could give negative stars, I would. After spending 15,000 on brand new Ingersoll Rand, its been noting but problems. I have thousands of dollars in repair cost and that's not counting my time and employee down time. DO NOT EVER BUY an Ingersoll Rand. Unless you want to throw your money away.
Sean and Cindy were a very big help! Our compressor went down and they walked me through the options that were available and made sure I got the compressor very quickly. They came through in a very difficult situation! -Thanks!
