I did not have a great experience living here. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere before setting your heart on moving in here. The neighbors are not friendly, I’ve had several scary encounters with certain neighbors and when reported nothing was done. When we were moving in, we were told a fenced in area on the grass was going to be installed for the dogs, and after a full year of living there nothing happened. Be weary of false promises being made when being shown around, they will say anything to convince you to live there. I should have known better. These are not luxurious apartments (as advertised) however just quickly renovated apartments, that have A LOT of issues. Everything breaks, and the appliances do not work well either. The only positive about living at inhabit was my experience with Nate, who works in maintenance. He was always extremely helpful, and when he fixed something it stayed fixed, and did not break. Unlike previous people who came from maintenance. Save your money, and look on Facebook marketplace for better apartment options. Learn from my mistakes, because I did!

Do not be fooled by The newly renovated looks. This apartment is very old. The problems that usually happen with old apartments happen here. I had mold in my apartment which was never properly addressed. Toxic mold! I had my ceiling collapse in due to water damage (pics below are after they \fixed\ it. There was a roof leak. The apartment smelled like mold and cigarettes. There are weird creepy neighbors. It is loud at night and early morning. Krystal at the front is nice and is the only positive thing the apartment has going for it. They must've hired her to help hide the horrible truth.

Mold! Water damaged building not properly renovated. Unit smelled musty and eventually started leaking into downstairs neighbor. Advised office of mold concern and they had sent in an employee who performed no testing, just a visual inspection then stated there was no way mold could grow in the unit. I hired a mold testing company to come inspect the unit, turns out there were two types of toxic mold growing and one additional type of mold which I was allergic to. I have suffered harsh health implications and my breathing has become terrible now after living here for only two months. Staff showed no consideration and after sending them my doctor's documents as well as the mold testing company's results, they still continue to treat me disrespectfully and act like I am lying to them. Be careful with moving into this location especially if you are mold sensitive.

we have been living here since january of this year and we absolutely love it. for our first apartment, it is the perfect place. bars are close by, so many food options around, at the complex itself is great and safe. everything is always kept clean and the staff is awesome at communicating with you. i would definitely recommend this place to an individual/young couple.

I love living here. The apartments are great. All of the staff are responsive and genuine. I have no plans to leave, unless I purchase a home.
