i have never been so mortified in my life. for starters, i received a call asking for my height and weight which i happily gave to them. they told me to come in and everything was fine. I drove 35 minutes to this place from my house, on my day off. When i got there to fill out the information and a woman walks out to the waiting room and #1 announces my weight to the entire room & also lets me know their machine can’t hold me because of the weight limit. Not to mention, i had my boyfriend with me who didn’t know how much i weighed because i wasn’t comfortable sharing that information with him. My question is, why would they have me drive all the way to their office, knowing i was over to the weight limit and then embarrass me in front a room of people? Information like that should be left privately between the patient and the employee. I have never received such terrible service.
