I’ve been seeing Joann for 3 years and have followed her at various locations. As a dentist who has been getting massages every 2 weeks for the last 12 years by various therapists in different cities and states, Joann is truly THE BEST! Joann has a warm, friendly, and professional presence about her. She listens and works on my areas of concern. She uses various techniques to provide relief to tight muscles, and I love that she is a lifelong learner constantly taking courses and getting new certifications Re: new massage treatments to better serve her clients. Joann provided an excellent online course teaching self lymphatic drainage. It was my first session and she explained and showed me the proper movements, while describing the why-and-how of lymph and the lymphatic system and the benefits of what we were doing. The session was a video conference and was surprisingly interactive! Joann encouraged questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had a couple kinda intense reactions that showed that my lymph was moving! It was enlightening and I’m so glad to learn about how to do this important self-care. Thank you, Joann!
