I really liked this store and the quality of the furniture and the vast selection of furniture available. However, the last two times I have gone, one particular older associate has \hovered\ around me like crazy. I asked a question in regards to where a particular piece (that was listed on their website) was located in the store. This associate literally followed me around the store from that moment on. This happened on two separate visits to the store. Imagine going to a sit down restaurant and having your waiter/waitress hovering over every single bite of food you ate and asking \was that one okay?! I really like the way the chef created your entree!\ Ugh. Super annoying. I felt immense pressure to hurry up and make my selection and get out of the store. I have made MULTIPLE trips to this store and it has only been the last two times I have visited that this has happened and it has been the same associate both times, regardless of me telling her I did not need additional help. She followed me around constantly. This is enough that I likely will not visit the store again. I don't need need an associate harassing my every move while I try to look for the exact pieces to create the interior decor for my current project.

This place is great if you're just furnishing your living space for the first time. You can find a lot of good sets of furniture, or you could always find something that looks good together, and it's all priced pretty nicely. Most of my furniture is from IRCA, and it was an amazing value. Some of the furniture is a little worse for wear sometimes, but the price always reflects that. The staff makes sure that the product you want is in the condition you want - they won't sell you something that's wobbly or broken if you don't want to put in the time to repair it. To list all the furniture I bought, I got a bedside table, a dresser, a TV stand, kitchen table, set of chairs, a floor lamp, and a couch. I don't even think I broke 1000. It also has some nice items like cutlery and glassware, of which I bought a set of pretty nice cutlery for special occasions, and a set of nice tall glasses for special occasions, and it was a bargain. I wasn't a fan of the decor for sale, but if it matches your taste it's pretty reasonably priced as well. The floor staff is never pushy about asking if you want help, but are always there and ready to help you out if you need it. The staff is also very knowledgeable about everything in the store. The selection is always changing too. So, even if you didn't find anything the first time you went, they could always have something new in as little as a week.

I had the best experience at IRCA. They have an amazing selection of furniture and items. The staff was extremely helpful so kind. As soon as I bought my item, they carried it out to my car and loaded it carefully and easily. They were the best! I would recommend this place to anyone!
