After over a year of harassing our company and thinking it is okay to continue I am writing a review. It is ILLEGAL to refuse to remove a company or person from an email list. They also have had sales people show up even though we have a sign saying no sales calls due to covid. They also have called multiple times. Why would anyone want to do business with a company like this??

I never post reviews. Nor have I ever experienced service this terrible. Janpro obviously cares about 1 thing and that's their bottom line. They don't care if they lose customers because they know they get new ones as fast as they lose them. The crews don't wear uniforms, they bring their children to the job-site (and they work), they often don't bring supplies unless you catch them, and towards the end of our contract, I audited them and found out they didn't show up to 2 of their shifts in December. When I brought this up to our account manager/operations guy, they were not outraged, they didn't assure me it wouldn't happen again, they just said they'd refund us. As someone in customer service, it's hard to even comprehend how you could mentally and financially risk treating customers this way. It's not a good look, nor is it smart for business. Save your money, do your research, spend a little more and hire a company that cares about quality.
