Jay's gets a bad feeling at first because of the location in proximity to a gas station so it took me a while to try it. I can honestly say it's a hidden gem. The food is way above expectation, reasonable in price, and the portions are large. I would say this is the best Gyros I've had in Phoenix. Highly recommend this place for a good choice for a work lunch or a quick diner. Service is friendly and plenty of seating for a large family

BEST AZ GYRO! Seriously though, the meat is tender, the sauce is on point, the portions are generous! This no frills lunch spot has a legit Jordon poster as well. Free refills too.

If I could give more stars, I would. I've had the chicken gyro and beef Shawarma there and its super good. Its packed with meat, its basically a pound. Its kinda in a not so great area tho.

Local, family owned restaurant, amazing gyros, they are very generous with portions (I'm also picky about sauce, but they nail it!). And they have the most amazing chicken shawarma salad. I am pretty sure everything else is amazing too, but those are the two things I always order.

The absolute worst \mediterranean\ food I've ever had in my 33 years on this planet. I ordered a gyro sandwich. It's so greasy that the entire paper holding it is literally soaked with grease, this picture does not do it justice. The sauce is just slipped on the bottom on a store bought pita. They didn't even wrap the sandwich in a way to make it edible, and even if they did there is so much greese you can't be within 2 feet of the wrapper without drowning in it. It's literally a pile of meat on a pita bought from Safeway with some yoghurt slopped on the bottom. Absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how this place exists. Also none of the employees were wearing masks, and the place is filthy. DO NOT GO HERE
