If I could leave a zero or negative star review I would. I would NEVER recommend Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning. I do not understand how a company can expect to clean carpets when all they do is vacuum the room, spray (and I do mean a fine mist, if that) some solution on the surface of the carpet, and they take a buffer and go over the top of the carpet. They rave about it takes no time to dry and the reason for that is because they use absolutely no water, no soap cleaner, nothing but a spray bottle to spray your carpet. As soon as the technician said he was done we felt the carpet and there was no moisture at all. The carpets look exactly the same as before they came, I get that in high traffic areas it won’t look brand new, but it should look like at least something happened. My daughter has glittery things and I can still see glitter in the carpet, that should not be possible when the carpets were just cleaned. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. When we called to express how it appears nothing was done the lady on the phone tried to blame the technician saying maybe he rushed or was inexperienced. Then tried to say well we have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. When asked if the next person would do the same thing how would that make a difference she didn’t have an answer. And then we asked and if we are still not satisfied would we not have to pay, obviously that was a no and if we didn’t pay it would go to collections. So clearly they don’t have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. Like I said please never use this company, you will be highly dissatisfied.

I could not reply to your customer service reply, so I’ll post a new complaint. I have heard back from Texas attorney general that they have made several attempts to contact Kiwi Services with no success of a reply. Manager Elizabeth did however reply to the Arizona attorney general. Still have not received a refund. AGAIN WARNING!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!! SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS KIWI SERVICES HAS THE POOREST SERVICE IN THE PHOENIX AREA!!! LIES AND MORE LIES COME FROM MANAGEMENT
Horrible. Rugs came back Not even cleaned. Company swore they were. Don't ever use this company!!!!! I wouldn't let them wash my dog! Never trust liars! Never never use them!
Kiwi Services was hired to pick up my rugs, clean them, and deliver them back to me. They picked up my three rugs on July 7th, 2020, have delivered two but are unable to deliver the third one back to me. They have my property locked up in their Phoenix facility but have abandoned it during this time they were supposed to return my rug and now have no way of getting it back to me. I have been in contact with a customer service agent and have asked for reimbursement for the cost of the rug and have provided my receipt for it. They have ignored my request for reimbursement and have since ignored my phone calls and emails.
