So fresh and flavorful! LOVED the seasonings and sauces as well as all the fresh ingredients. We showed up within half an hour before close on a Friday night and everything looked great! My only “con” with this place is that they don’t have a pre-set menu of bowls and combinations for you to try! Highly recommend.

Koibito Poke gets rave reviews for a reason. First impression was how clean it was, second impression was how friendly the young man who was working there was. He was predictive in what I, as the customer, wanted to select for my poke bowl before I pointed to the item. He has a gift. Now onto the food. Everything looked fresh and tasted great. I especially liked my sauce as it wasn’t too salty nor vinegary. I also got packets of lower sodium soy sauce. Good variety of drinks as well. Not many places have Perrier so I was impressed.
Best poke in the valley. Used to go to the west valley location but it closed. Now I drive across town just for poke!

Such an amazing place. Super fresh food and so well done and did not lack seasoning which I was worried about. There were so many options to essentially fit anyone’s appetite, I will definitely be back forsure. Price was average for this type of food you can get a good size bowl and drink for under 20 with great customer service and if you want something sweet there is a great place in walking distance so win win
