I wanted to thank Ken and KR Flooring for a job well done. I had to say I shopped around and had 5 flooring companies come to the house for the estimate. I chose KR Flooring due to Ken. He made me feel so comfortable and didn't pressure me to make a decision that day. He took his time to walk through the samples, took pictures of my room to show me what the floor will look like and provided me with information around all different type of flooring and discussed pricing option. I did select a floor based off the picture however after I continued to look at the picture I wasn't sure anymore so I called Ken with my concerns. He was so good about dealing with me being so indecisive. He offered to come out with more samples to choose from however I felt it was the best to go to their showroom, which I did. Sydney was wonderful to work with when I finally chose the vinyl flooring that I have in my house. I was able to pay over the phone and the entire process was so seamless. What I appreciate the most is the follow through from Ken, he didn't just sell me the company/floors then had me deal with his office for the rest of the work. He actually called me to make sure that the office called me when I was inquiring about payment options. He asked me about the flooring crew and if they did the work to my satisfaction and asked me what I thought about my new floors. The flooring crew was exceptional, they came on Saturday morning and finished the job beautifully on Monday since they were off on Sunday. Very professional crew and very pleased with the entire process. Thank you again Ken & KR Flooring for a job well done. I do highly recommend their company for you flooring needs. What a difference new floors does to a house. It has opened up my room to make it bright, spacious and airy. I am so happy with the vinyl floors and the price was fantastic.

From start to finish, from Stefan to the installers, this was the very best experience I ever had with buying flooring for a home. I had to buy carpeting for my new home and I had called at least 3 other vendors. Stefan was the only person who called me back and followed my order every step of the way. He recommended a product that turned out to be beautiful in my home. The installers were professional yet personable and finished the job the same day. I get so many compliments on my new carpet and we love it! Would highly recommend KR Flooring to anyone!

Do NOT buy your flooring here unless you want to get screwed over. I did a small remodel for a toy hauler and was told I needed to buy 15 boxes of flooring. Both my sister and I insisted that we did not need that much based on the sqft we had to cover and only needed 10. They said it’s always best to buy extra and return anything we didn’t use. Sounds great right?? Well after the project was over I told them we had 6 extra boxes and needed to return them. I was told “you can bring them by anytime”. Well I just showed up to return the 6 boxes and the lady at the front who I wasn’t previously working with asked who I talked to about the return. When I told her it was Stefan she said “oh well he no longer works here” and that she will be taking a 36% restocking fee for whatever I return. First of all, what kind of policy is that and if that was true why would they not disclose that let alone encourage me to buy extra??? Apparently once Stefan left they lost all their values. I told her my story and how they did not disclose this when I purchased and even encouraged me to buy more and just simply return any extras and she said there’s nothing she can do about it and told me to go sell them elsewhere if I want to get full price. Very poor customer service if you ask me. I will NEVER buy anything from here again. You can get your flooring cheaper elsewhere anyway

Can't say enough great things about this company. From the first consultation to scheduling and installers! They did a fantastic job! I've had this floor ploject for a while but no other company was as responsive as KRFS! They made sure all my questions were answered, they didn't presure, and if I had any questions/requests they all as a team worked to make it happen! Very very happy with the outcome of the floor. So looking forward to working with them on the next remodel! Highly recommend them!

Ken, the sales manager, brought numerous samples to our home and explained the differences in how the carpet was made and which would meet our needs at the best price. He did not try to \up sell\ as many do. But the installers were so nice and did a great job. They moved the furniture and put it back, yet never acted like they were being put upon. Everything was done with a smile. Thank you Mr Sotol!
