I made an appointment to see Christie to get Botox for the first time and it was the best experience I could have ever hoped for! Christie was so kind and professional throughout the entire service! She did a great job explaining the procedure from start to finish along with at home instructions. I already love my results so much and will definitely be back to see her in the future! This facility was so cute and clean, the entire staff was amazing!

Absolutely love laseraway. I was scheduled at one location for first session, however location had an issue with equipment. So staff quickly scheduled me appointment at another loc8the same day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. Wonderful experience, from phone consultation to in person visit. Highly recommend laseraway for anyone considering tattoo removal.
Love it here! I’ve gotten my lip fillers here and just started my laser hair removal session and I’m excited to see the results! Everyone here is always so nice and welcoming! Haley is the sweetheart that helped me out and got me all set up for my laser hair removal. I’ll definitely be back for all my beauty needs️
DON’T GO HERE Honestly, I had nothing but amazing things about this place up until now. I was completely lied to about what I was paying for vs. what I actually would receive. It’s very costly going here as they charge more than just about anyone, but Jill does and an amazing job so that’s worth it. I was told I would be getting a Botox package and Voluma for 1200. That included a birthday discount. Well what WASNT told to me is that I was charged per unit so didn’t get the Botox package for 550 and the voluma 715. So was completely lied to. I wouldn’t even spent that money that. Haileys response was that she gave me free stuff, ummmmmm what? I loved this place, but dam was straight out lied to. I’ve emailed the support email twice and no response. Checks out.
I am actually traveling for work and noticed I was due for my tattoo removal session. I have a package deal with Laser Away in Dallas, TX and have been seeing the same nurse for over 12 months. I created a fantastic relationship with her and don't trust ANYONE but her. But I called the office in AZ and got in contact with a Haley. I knew from this phone call I could trust this team. From here on out in AZ I knew this was going to be great. She went the extra mile and talked to me about my progress and said I needed to meet the laser nurse named Jill. I told her my availability and it was a bit a stretch from what she had. I have a very limited and packed work week. She told me she hang tight to see what she could do. Within 15 mins - she called me back and said Jill has availability because one of her appointments canceled last minute. I was a bit shocked by this. She made a promised and delivered. ... The customer services, and hospitality at this LaserAway was the best I have ever experienced. Make sure you give this location a visit and ask for Jill and Haley!
