I would like everyone to know that this company came to us five or six years back to have us buy the laser fax machines which we did from them and then they hooked us up with a maintenance contract for several years. The billing department kept making up invoices for unauthorized services and sending us invoices for work they kept doing repeatedly for the same problem again and again. So we finally terminated their contract and now we have to pay them for all of those fabricated invoices, even though we cancelled. We have another company now which indicated to us that Laser fax was creating more problems with your computers and scanners so they can bill you for more work unnecessarily. My recommendation is that you don't use them unless you want to be cheated like us. PS

First time doing business with LaserFax was yesterday, when I had purchased a compatible toner cartridge for my Samsung printer but was having technical difficulties in it working properly. I was very impressed by the genuine care and professionalism demonstrated by Michael, Andrew and the LaserFax team in trying to help me resolve my problem. As a business owner, I value exceptional customer service and seek it out in those I want to do business with, I’m more than satisfied with their diligence and they now have a new customer in me and happy to mention them to others that might need their services.

This company is fabulous! They were prompt, professional, honest and knowledgeable! We used them as a \second opinion\ vendor for our copier/printer, and literally within five minutes of arriving, the tech had figured out the problem, which WASN'T what the first vendor came up with! They did not try to up sell us on our old machine, but in fact, told us that our copier was a top of the line model, and should last for many more years! Their service fee was no different than any other company we called, and the technician was very methodical with his notes and made sure we were only charged for the exact amount of time he was there! We will most definitely use them again! We highly recommend them!
