Due to a combination of issues, my 5 window, two day installation job took an inordinate amount of time to complete. There is a third party involved, and they have agreed to step up to assist. My problems seemed to revolve around issues at the factory, things that Lasting Impressions had little to no control over. The reservations I had were addressed directly by the owner, Mark Jacobsen, and the factory representative. This matter has now been resolved. On the plus side, Lori and Karen in the office were enjoyable to work with and Karen's knowledge of fenestration answered many of my questions right away without having to wait for answers from the field. Mike was my on the job point man throughout the process and I can't say enough good things about his knowledge and concern when we ran into challenges during the Rand R.

Everyone is wonderful at Lasting Impressions. We moved into a house where the screens were missing from both sliding doors. We found out the doors were not standard sizes so we contacted Lasting Impressions. Karen was quick to get someone out to measure and order the correct doors for us. Mike was great and even helped me install them properly. Amazing company and people would recommend them to anyone.
