I was prompted to write a review after our recent stay with Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals; and I am happy to do so. We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale and the property was amazing. We were impressed with the management company from initial inquiry until checkout. Very responsive and professional. We were hesitant to travel during these uncertain times; so we made sure to review their cancellation policy prior to booking; and were OK with the terms. All worked out great! Thanks again

I had a 6-week rental of a Latitude 8 Vacation Rental through VRBO. The property manager was very unhelpful. He didn't address our concerns with a very dirty bathtub (gunk shot out from the jets - pics of this attached). Additionally, we were charged 75 for an oven door that wouldn't close and was already in that condition before we moved in. So I had no oven for 6 week and paid for them to fix up the house. They charged 150 for pet waste disposal, which is an outrageous charge for that service. I reached out to Latitude 8 and they were unprofessional and unhelpful in their communication. This company has no customer service. I will never do business with them again.

I have been photographing properties for Lattitude 8 for a number of years now. Every one of their properties is immaculately decorated, sparkling clean, and meticulously maintained. They do an amazing job creating an amazing, esort style\ vacation experience in each of their properties.

Sadly, we had to cancel our reservation due to COVID-19 restrictions/quarantine issues. We cancelled more than a month in advance. When we booked there was a 25% cancellation fee, which is understandable during normal times. However, since we booked, new COVID quarantine issues have occurred all over the country. As vacation rental home owner ourselves, we understand the predicament that COVID-19 has caused in the industry and yet our property management company has offered full refunds or full credit for a future stay, so it is disheartening to see a company take advantage of this unfortunate time. We will not be booking any future vacation rental stays that are managed by this company. UPDATE: We are vacation home owners ourselves as I previously stated above. As an owner you sign a contract with the property management company who sets the rules. We use Vacasa who has been fantastic during COVID-19. They first work with guests to give them a full credit toward a future stay, then give them their money back if they have to cancel due to COVID. These are unusual times and we should be considerate of fellow travelers who suddenly need to cancel due to State and local restrictions from COVID.
