Carla was my sales person. She is great..By that I mean this: I made an appointment and informed her that I was shopping for my elderly parents. She was prepared and we waisted no time. She was knowledgeable and friendly, but most of all so very very helpful. I never felt pushed. I returned with my parents and she arranged for us to come in a little before the store opens so they wouldn't be around too many people. We made a purchase and handled the final sale over the phone. I would highly recommend Leon Furniture and Carla. Thank you it was a very good

If I could give this place negative 5 starts, I would. Ordered a sectional the first week May 2020, was provided lead time of 2-3 weeks. Week 3, I got rid of my old couch anticipating my order. I called to check status of my order, was advised that they “originally” told me 3-5 weeks. Week 5 no phone call, I call again to check status of my order, next date provided was July. End of July, I finally received a call that delivery date is now September. One week later, I received a phone call that I would be receiving my order the next day. Paid extra for delivery the next day. The next day I received a call that they “messed up” and someone else got my order. They said they would see what they could do to expedite my order. Called the next day and they “promised” a delivery date the following week. Didn’t hear anything again, so I called to check status and they said they didn’t know when I would receive my order. Another note, after you call a few times, you’re about to identify who you are talking to. I called one day, asking for Alma cause she previously said she would call me back. Alma picked up and said “Alma was not available because she was with a customer”. Called again and she pretended like it never happened. Lastly, I’ve asked to talk to the manager. They say they’ll take a message and pass it on. The manager does not return calls. They won’t even provide the manager’s. Apparently, that’s not how its done in the furniture business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!

They have a great selection of furniture that the other stores do not have. Alma was our salesperson and she was very helpful. I appreciate the fact that she allowed us to browse on our own but was close by to answer questions. It was a pleasant experience shopping at Leon Furniture
