The experience with Liberty was unique solely due to the challenges they faces due to COVID-19. Without shipping delays outside of their control. the process would have been flawless. The sales process was great. We were given so many options to consider to find what would best meet our needs and budget. When the materials arrived the Liberty install was quickly set up. The install team showed up on time and dressed very professionally. They were very respectful as well. The final outcome is amazing. We highly recommend Liberty Awnings and Shades. The process was seamless and professional! We had an in-home consultation with Jason/Sales consultant who was able to answer all of questions. He even gave us an install date/time before he left. Just as he said, we received a follow up call to remind us of our upcoming install date. The installers team, Joshua/Walter arrived within their timeframe and were awesome as well! Before they left, they had me inspect their work and then explained how to care for our awning and gave me a detailed care instruction sheet. All around high quality products and professional, respectful team!

Just had this alumawood lattice patio cover installed today - as you can see from the picture - it is quite handsome. Our installers were Tre and Marshall, they half-jokingly referred to themselves as the A-team. I agree. They arrived at 7:30 a.m. this morning which was perfect. Advertised arrival time was 7-9. The supplies for the installation had been delivered on Wednesday morning by the company owner and his son, and the two of them had very methodically ensured that all parts needed for the job were there, and that measurements were all correct. Marshall and Tre finished the job at about 11:30, so a little less than 4 hours total time. Both my wife and I love it, and we look forward to enjoying this for many years to come. Thank you Tre and Marshall!
