Love love LBM My daughter has been coming here for a little under a year and I couldn’t pick any other better school for her than here. LBM has an amazing strong community and offer such a culturally rich environment and classroom experiences. The teachers are amazing and nice and they have great communication and passion for what they do. Love the activities and volunteering/parent involvement opportunities that they offer. They also offer a wide variety of times and days you can register your children, which I love. I hope they can open an east side location soon!

Very poor experience. My child had gone to Little Big Minds for about nine months, and we had a family emergency, so we had to travel out of state. I contacted the Director of the facility, to let her know we would not have her attend in December. The school was closed for half of the month, and she'd only attend two days out of the month; so it did not make sense to spend 700 for two days of school. Unbeknownst to us, the egistration packet\ that we signed, was a contract, which stated we'd have to pay regardless. So even though we had communicated with them in advance, they proceeded to charge our card 600, which was never refunded back to us. I understand it was our fault, for trusting them blindly. But the same packet also said to communicate with the Director in a special case (which it was), and eluded to the fact that they may work with us. Which we did, and they refused to. The owner, Pilar Kelly, was extremely condescending and used the \we have to staff for the full month\ card, when they had practically the same amount of staff when she started school and way less kids. Not once were we asked what happened, they just cared to get paid. They constantly ask for money and donations, and the tuition is high for what other similar facilities charge. I would give them zero stars if possible.

With the opening of a new Scottsdale campus in its first year, we have had a truly terrific experience at Little Big Minds. Immediately noticeable when you walk on any of the campuses is how clearly happy and engaged the children and the staff are. The school has done an A job of building a warm, close-knit, supportive community for children and parents alike.

This is a place you can truly feel comfortable leaving your child. A place where you know they'll be safe, loved by their teachers, where they'll learn and become bilingual, and a place that will prepare them for kindergarten.

I am overjoyed to have found such a great environment for our 2 boys, age 2 and 4. The new Uptown campus is beautiful, full of natural light yet very mello, and easy to park at. The director Heyli Garcia is wonderful at her job and an amazing person. The teachers are always smiling, singing and enthusiastic. Sure it may be a bit more pricy than other places but they work hard at providing top notch care with great staff. There seems to be an abundance of teachers giving all children lots of guidance and TLC. They make great efforts in weaving in different cultures and events for families. I read an unfavorable review, which was unfortunate for the family but LBM's IS a business. Quality can be costly but darn worth it when it comes to care and education for our children. Cheers!
