Don't even bother. I placed an order 3 weeks ago for in-store pickup. I was told items were in stock at their warehouse in Tucson and it would be 5-7 business days for them to get to their store, which is totally understandable, and I would get a call/text messages with updates. A week went by, no call, no text, no updates. So I called them and I'm told it will be another week. Fine - things happens. Another week goes by, no call, no text, no updates. I call again and now i'm told it will be ANOTHER week. I work in a customer-service industry and I get things happen so I accepted it. To no one's surprise ANOTHER week goes by and nothing. I call again and this time they can't even give me an ETA for arrival! These items are IN STOCK at their warehouse - and you mean to tell me you haven't received a single shipment in 3 weeks!? I make it very clear how displeased I am now that my project has been completely delayed and the individual I was speaking with, to his credit, did look into it further and provided me with some FedEx labels and telling me they will have the items shipped to my location - free of charge. While I really appreciate them going the extra step, it's now been ANOTHER week and FedEx hasn't even received the package yet!!! It's insulting to be told week after week that these items are IN STOCK - so who is responsible for putting them on the truck!? Save yourself the headache and delays and just go to literally ANY OTHER flooring store. You'll probably have your materials and finish your job before I ever even get mine.

Dave Barcelo, gave us the best service possible! He bent over backwards to help us get the flooring we needed at the price we needed. If anyone is looking for flooring this Lumber Liquidators is by far the only place you should go!
