Lots to do to keep kids busy! Reasonably priced . You do need to purchase special socks to wear. But they are reusable and not to expensive.

My kids had a fantastic time here. They have a large play area and fun games. We didn't try the snack bar but definitely will in the future. We decided to buy the monthly membership and can't wait to come back. I saw plenty of surfaces being cleaned which was a plus. The sign on the front door says they enforce masks, but I saw lots of adults and kids with no masks. FYI- they require you to purchase their socks for the adults and children walking in to the play area. You may not use your own.
Booked a birthday party for my daughter here this weekend. I was blown away by the service we got here, Tasha was our host, and she made the whole Day so stress free and easy. Organizing a Birthday for a 3 year old can be stressful But as soon as we walked in they told us, “don’t worry, we will take it from here”. The food all came out at exactly the right time, and they even helped park up, serve the cake, and pour the kids drinks the whole time. If your on the fence about where to go, you cannot beat this place anytime or anywhere.
The staff provides the best customer service I have experienced any where. They are polite, attentive, eager to help, and go out of their way for their customers. I am impressed that every single employee was delightful and friendly. This indoor play area is the only one in the area. It is smaller than most but it is filled with something fun from wall to wall. The floor is sort of split between a small children area (0-5) and a big kid area. There is plenty of seating for parents and they have a cafe area with a variety of snacks and drinks. They also have games to win tickets sprinkled around. We will come back again and again!!!
Threw a birthday party for my daughter here earlier in the month. The service was amazing. The two girls were always checking in and making sure we had everything that we needed. They made the day very special. They helped with anything we needing including packing up all of her gifts and balloons and bringing them out to the car. I didn't even notice until kids were leaving that they forgot to give us our arcade cards and coupons for the guests and I wasn't about to give out arcade cards last minute and do that to the parents trying to leave (lol). So I told the staff not to worry about it. We got a call from the manager apologizing and told us that my daughter was not only able to still pick these up but also gave us some free passes to bring friends back with her. That was super sweet. When we came back for our birthday free play they were so apologetic and kind and even gave her a free lunch. They really made it up to us which is amazing. Great customer service! My daughter loves it here and we are very appreciative of the service that we received. Highly recommend for a low stress, no prep, no clean up, kids birthday party!
This place is great. Friendly and competent staff. Awesome 3 level play area that adults can go into as well. Clean facility and the bathrooms are practically spotless today on a Saturday. And best of all, they have booties for your socks when you go in the bathroom Really get place and welcome addition to the area
An overall great value and well thought out play place for the area. We bought the monthly membership on the 1st visit, bought the required 3 socks without hesitation. It’s a very welcome addition to the North Phoenix area. There are not many places that provide clean, air-conditioned physical activity for kids. Furthermore, I can see how the isolated play spaces could be very accommodating for work remote parents with ages 0–2 kids. I witnessed sanitizing by the staff, who were all pleasant and accommodating during my visit.
We love coming to Luv 2 Play Norterra. The staff here is amazing and Tasha is so great. She takes the time to get to know everyone. She knows your name, your kids name and is super friendly. She always makes my 2 year old feel special. He loves going to the “play place” as he calls it. Lol we come several times a week. I’m disappointed to see previous post about bad experiences with birthday parties. I’ve witnessed first hand how rude the parents have been to Tasha and her team just to get free stuff from them. Including game cards, food, etc. she has never been anything but professional and polite.
