Couple weeks ago, I had a job interview with the office. The Human Resource representative, who was in the interviewer team told me that she will contact me the next week to let me know about the results of the interview, whatever it is. Well, She didn't. I sent her an follow up email, asking her if I missed an email from her. She also ignored my email. I hope She stops ignoring people. It's not pleasant!

Nothing but terrible customer service
I called MC tax office today to get a receipt for taxes over-paid in 2019. To my surprise, “Julio” answered my call and provided very quick, CLEAR, and accurate information. He was what you want when you call a government office. Really an efficient and pleasant person. Well Done Julio
Called and was quickly connected to a representative. I was able to take care of two items over the phone. The rep was great and very helpful! Thank you !
I purchased property from the county at auction during the auction it had a \cash value\ of over 30k next assessment less than a year later with me as the owner instead of them it was valued almost 23k less. Sounds not exactly ethical but it is what it is when you deal with any govt. office
