Rude and unhelpful terrible service lady upfront has no manners and is super rude they need to hire better people! The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the lady who attended me in the back was helpful other wise I'd rate them 1 star

The lady’s in the front didn’t give me a number and denied me service cause my ID was alittle damage they were rude to me I’m currently going through a hardship and she was being rude sad no empathy towards other people call and make a complaint and the manager dosent care so don’t recommend no one to go if they are looking for friendly and kind customer service experience ..

Extremely rude. Attendant was quick to tell me why she can’t/refused to help me rather than trying to be of service. I had all of the required/original documentation but she refused accept it because it was so old. After waiting over 2 hours in a waiting room than smelled like body sweat, sticky dirty floors and overcrowded. An attendant said they were going in order of the pulled numbers but the room cleared out twice before we were called. Some people that were there for 20 min were in and out with their documents in hand. I also had to fly in from out of state because they couldn’t work me otherwise. When I asked for a supervisor they refused and threatened to call the police to have myself and my daughter removed from the building. I give this state service a negative rating and a big thumbs down.

I'm at the Office of vital records at the address the Register Lady gave me at the hospital because she couldn't register my baby because it was an emergency homebirth, and they said they can't register my baby because it was a home birth and I have to call and make an appointment and go to the downtown Phoenix location. I call and I can't make a regular appointment, they have one lady that specializes in registering home birth babies and I'm told she's really booked out and I have to leave her a voicemail and wait for her to call me back to book my appointment. So here I am going back home with all my kids having accomplished nothing.

I called this location to inquire about how to obtain a birth certificate and the Rep was rude when responding to my questions. He sounded bothered and didnt ask if I needed any further assistance and disconnected the call. What a horrible customer service.
