i love everything about Ortho Arizona. This is my 3rd doc for three different procedures and I've been impressed each time. Thorough, caring and efficient. These folks are all REAL humans and do a great job from the front office all the way to the docs.

The whole staff was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Leber was friendly and explained everything he was going to do step by step. For the first time in a year my thumb doesn't hurt. I would highly recommend him and is staff. He even drew a smiling face on my thumb. It's the little extras that make Dr. Leber so incredibly special.
Arrived at 2:48 for a 3:00 appointment with completed paperwork in hand. Finally at about 3:35 was taken to exam room. Met with Physicians assistance instead of Dr. Leber. Disappointed in the long wait and not even meeting Dr. Leber, but accomplished the desired outcome. The P.A. was knowledgeable, engaging, and professional. All of my questions were answered. Surgery was recommended and will be scheduled.
I love Dr. Leber. He is very patient and reassuring. His MA Nathaniel in the other hand, has a lot of room for improvement in the communication department. A simple 1 minute phone call to update you on what is going on would ease so much frustration. I left 4 messages over the course of a week, and never got a return call. I would say it is an isolated incident, but it has happened before.
