They look nice nd clean outside , I remember when that whole corner of 7thave nd Buckeye on the Apts side we're getting made , they didn't take long before they were up nd ready , very nice of course brand new everything from inside, out! The area is not bad , has lots of walking distance, city bus stop near, hospital close by, on exits to a few freeways... I always thought when they were getting made they we're going to be for seniors apts only ! I've really got to go get a tour ! Never know ! Ty

Father God in Jesus Christ Mighty Name. Thank you for the Blessing of Community and Cleaning up the Community. Thank you for Mrs. Diane and Ms. Tiffany and every single office staff that goes above and beyond for the residents. Thank you for Change also in the area and Buildings going up to improve the Community also. Covid has shut some things down but it's about everyone's safety. The Townhomes are nice and the Apartment's and Senior Apartment's are nice.... It's a start and a beginning. I'm excited to Decorate and Cleaning outside in front and back will be a blessing while drinking Coffee and Morning Prayer .
The Henson's looked so nice when they were rebuilt. Now they are looking run down again. The upkeep is non-existent. Esthetically it looks neglected and savage.
Nice place to live
This place is in a great downtown phoenix location. Very close to the Bank One Ball Park. The apartment buildings from the outside are nice looking. And on the inside they are very spacious. There is a washer and drye room. The two bedrooms are very big w walk in closets. High ceilings. Back and front doors. A smallcemented boxed in patio. Also there is a community room or club house community pool and a rec room for kids.
