I have no idea what mayo er is like pre pandemic but what j will say is I had the absolutely worst ER dr last Sunday. Let's just call him dr kevorkian until I get my complaint forms with his actual name.Dr. Markos? This dr just didn't care how sick I was. He didn't care i had newly dx covid pneumonia that er visit. When I asked what the plan was he literally said \ nothing.\ Your body has to fight it yet I was already failing for weeks. Sent me home with tessalon pearl drops only. discharged me against my will and I ended up admitted at another hospital and finally getting. The care I needed all along.

Worst ER ever! I thought I was going to the famous Mayo Clinic. I ended up begging for help that no one could offer me. I have real issues and the ED did not help me at all. I knew once they brought me back and I met the Doctor there would be no hope for my issues. I am currently in medical school and have medical knowledge, I told them what was wrong with me, and what I needed. None of these issues could be addressed or helped. I basically got a really expensive bag of SALINE!!! Never again! Worst hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved this ER and the drs. Dr Michael Henry, Dr Thomas Kelly and Nurse Amanda R were so helpful and respectful. I felt heard and well taken care of. As a transgender person I have had some hard experiences in hospital and I felt very well cared for here. The covid protocol is great. I was seen super fast and my pain was managed well.

Worst Emergency Department I have ever been to in my life. I went there and they accused me of making up my symptoms. I had to go to a different hospital after I left and I was admitted at the next hospital. Don't waste your time going here. They are vindictive.
