Probably one of the worst experiences I ever had with a company. My contractor recommended Doug, president of Metal Works Inc, to custom fabricate grill doors. Doug told the contractor \two weeks\ to make the doors. Two months later, no doors. Eventually the contractor was done with all of the work and suggested I work with Doug directly. Doug came out to the house again and we started from scratch. Again he indicated \two weeks\ to fabricate the doors. Again, months go by, no doors, no follow-up, no explanation. When I spoke with Doug the only words that ever came out of his mouth were \yeah\ and \two weeks\. I would never use or recommended this company to anyone ever, period. If I could have given ZERO stars I would.
