I just wanted to publicly thank Dr. McKee and his team. After a devastating 17’ fall when my ladder slipped out from under me I was left with a broken arm, severe shoulder dislocation and torn rotator cuff. I was very worried that I would never be the same. Fast forward 5 months after surgery and I have a small 2.5” scar and I’m able to use my arm again. It’s a long recovery but I can lift weights and generally use my arm in a very normal way. I expect a 100 percent recovery by the year mark. I am so grateful for the smooth surgery process and results. Thanks for doing it right. Anyone should feel confident that Dr. McKee knows what he is doing.

Dr McKee is amazing. Literally a life quality changer. I was,a,patient in Canada and I miss him so much. No one will help. He always cared and made a plan. Or at least worked and listened to a patients 5 stars isnt enough
Horrible schedulers they have answering the phone. Rude, lacking compassion and condescending. Dr. scheduled me a post op appt for almost 4 weeks out because of the holidays. I called in to reschedule thinking it would be easy enough but instead I was met with attitude and a young lady who seemed more miserable about my surgery than I was. As far as the surgeon he seemed great, its a shame that I dont want to return (or see him post op) because of his hired customer service team. Currently trying to see if I can see another dr.
The Best of the Best orthopedic surgeon in Arizona, he performance an amazing job fixing my entire leg. I wait 34 years for having my leg fix and thank you Dr Mckee and his team I am able to walk again with my leg fix. Thank you
Dr McKee spent a couple minutes with me because he was behind had his intern do an injection in my hand and then billed for an exam. Injection. Lidocaine and the x-rays. So when I check out I was given an estimate but the front desk billed me for something different than what they sent to my insurance. After waiting 30 minutes for them to figure how how to even give me a bill. I paid my co pay and now they want more. Dr McKee I couldnt even tell you if you any good or not you just didnt spend the time to bill that much absolutely ridiculous. I wont be returning. Get it together and maybe there wont be any surprises like the one I got. Hide behind your it's only a estimate but that wasnt even in the ball park. Maybe you need some new staff.
