A company is as good as its employees, - well in this case its fantastic! We needed help with our fireplace on multiple occasions - due to improper installation by our builder. Unable to turn the fireplace on , we were running out of options. Finally the electrician contacted the company and we were lucky enough to be transferred to Anthony M. He took the time to explain with great detail what to look for and how to trouble shoot the issues we were having . He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He spent countless hours on the phone with us locating missing and unconnected wires, and parts. Nothing is more frustrating then buying a product and finding out customer support is non existing. This company was great to deal with, and although we were having so much trouble at the beginning (it was not the companys fault) thanks to Anthony- step by step we were able to figure things out. Five star is not even enough to rate him and the company. Its been a pleasure dealing with them. Anthony is a great asset to this company- without him we would not be able to enjoy our beautiful fireplace. Both the product and customer service is superb and highly recommended! Beautiful, functional, but not great The fireplace is beautiful and functional. The box was missing the screws required to attach the outer-most plate to the unit. Now, the fireplace rattles whenever the fan is blowing. The remote control is difficult to pair. We've had the fireplace for over a month and still cannot pair it to the fireplace. I don't know why Modern Flames doesn't ship already paired remotes. Can you imagine if TV's came with remotes that had to be paired? Finally, the touch plate for the power, dimmer, and heat controls is not very sensitive. You sort of have to bang your finger against it a few times to get it to register (imagine a bad touch screen phone). Of course, when it finally does register your touch, you've gone too far and have to cycle back through the options. Thankfully, we don't have to adjust the settings very often or this would be more of an issue.

This company is amazing from the bottom up. Firstly their team will answer any questions you have even before you make a purchase. If you ever have any issues when you install they are more than happy to help. They also always answer the phone within seconds of you calling. Anthony has helped me on a few occasions and was very helpful!
