Most unprofessional group of people ever! I bought and paid for 9k worth of flooring through them and waited a month for it to arrive. Then without a email/phone call or a single peep from them they sold the flooring to someone else 9 days later and just said oh sorry that was a computer glitch. Mind you this was our flooring we paid for sitting in their warehouse in Phoenix. Then they said \ Well we can have the flooring you ordered on December 16th that arrived in our warehouse January 9th that we resold to someone else to you by Feb 3rd\. Then they acted like I was some sort of criminal for being upset about it! They were the ones that made the mistake but made the (already paid) customer feel like I was inconveniencing them with my call and request.
