THE WORST CLEANING EXPERIENCE EVER I have been using services from other providers(Amazon or Handy) and also from Individuals time and again for my current apartment. Apart from the fact that this is the highest ever I paid for the similar/better cleaning of this Apartment, \Molly Maid\ is the Slowest and Incomplete/Crappy Job I have ever experienced. I couldn't find a better word to convey my experience and agony. Especially after the amount of Work I had to do to make my place easier for cleaning by getting moving most of the things to create better access for the job. I will Never Ever choose their services again. I just want to make sure that I do my part of Responsibility by leaving a Review/Complaint to have the world apprised of my experience.
A little late but called and revised arrival time. Very professional and efficient. Arrived with appropriate PPE. Did a great job. Would recommend MM services to anyone.
They maids did a great job. The home looked great.
Most of the visits a thorough cleaning is done. Have been a few instances of poor job in bathroom but overall satisfied.
