Excellent experience. I called him and he was able to come within two hours! I know that's not the norm but it's still amazing. It was a minor job, and the work was done so quickly. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Mr. Electric, John Russo was very courteous as he enter my home, had his foot cover and mask on, we showed Mr. Electric what we needs, he gave us a quote, we're okay, he finish the job same day, clean up each job as he moved to the next. He's respectful in my home, finish the jobs, everything were neat & clean after, thanks.

I had Mr. Electric acquire and install a Generac whole house emergency generator powered by natural gas. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience has been. First, I should mention that delivery of the required distribution panel from Generac was significantly delayed due to COVID... but obviously that is NOT a reflection on Mr. Electric in any way. Having said that, every interaction with Mr. Electric - including every single employee involved was professional and instilled confidence. The initial consultation proved very important because I eeded\ to understand every aspect of how the system was going to work and ensure that the planned equipment, installation and configuration was going to meet my needs. The planning, permitting, and inspection processes throughout were smooth and ensured the project's success. The quality of the equipment is outstanding and the installation was absolutely PERFECT. I have no trepidation recommending Mr. Electric and will absolutely engage their services in the future. They are very capable, communicative, and courteous. I should also mention that Mr. Electric was recommended to me by a company that installs large commercial generators (not residential)... and THEY could not say enough good about Mr. Electric... and they were right.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at my experience with Mr. Electric. From the initial contact with staff who assisted me with scheduling a service call - and the Technician, Mr. Jim Baker. After several calls to area electrical companies, I stumbled upon Mr. Electric company and contacted them for some electrical issues at my college daughter's place; since I was out of state, I was slightly worried I was unable to be present (concerns based on past bad experiences with contractors). However, from the initial contact with the company, staff was very friendly and came across very nice over the phone; after I set up the appointment, there was follow up/confirmation (via text) - which included the technician's profile (this was awesome and a first for me) who was scheduled to be onsite. The technician, Mr. Jim Baker was on time and communicated with me prior to arrival and upon assessing the issues (just as the staff scheduler (I wish I got her name) had informed me). This company's communication approach is something to appreciate! Mr. Baker was very professional, and informative every key step of the process up until completion. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this company - and I will be contacting them for future services. Thank you, Mr. Electric and staff. You made this a very pleasant experience for me and my daughter.
