I have been going to this office for about 2 years. The people working there are nice (and are really most of the reason I rate it 3 stars) but the lack of organization pervades the entirety of their business. My first time calling, I left a voicemail, and I had to call back (after waiting a week) and they acted like it was no big deal. The biggest reasons for me leaving this review are as follows: I have fought them multiple times (3 separate instances I can remember) on charging me additional fees with no additional testing or procedures than normal, even though my insurance has a very straightforward 30-per-visit copay policy. Every time they make the fees disappear. It feels like they are just trying to collect more of my money in addition to what they already bill my insurance. It was never a lot of money, but it’s clear that unless they have malicious intent that they aren’t billing the insurance companies correctly. In addition, my doctor is only in office Mon-Wed but is “working from home” on Thursday. They are closed Mon-Thurs from 12:30-1:30 for lunch. They aren’t even OPEN on Fridays. The final straw: I called to request a prescription refill yesterday, 3 days before my refill date because I rarely can get them to fill it on the same day. Because of how they operate (doctor was “working from home”, she won’t be in until Monday) I am without that prescription until 3 days after my actual refill date that would allow me to consistently take my medications. If you are looking for the blood disorder centered information, I don’t have any, but as “My Neighborhood Primary Care” I would never recommend it. This is my last refill from them. I’m taking my business elsewhere, I’m sure I’m not the only easy money, low maintenance patient they have lost.

my 1st visit was awesome everyone was smiling and very nice. what i really liked the most is i didn't feel rushed. the Dr. took time to listen to me. I know have my whole family going.
I can't say enough about all the good that Paul brings to that office. He convinced me to come to their clinic, picks up the ball if processing goes slow, and hits it out of the park with clear thinking, keeping the place rolling and positive. Thank you Paul!
Not a good place since the Russian doctor left. The nurse had me do a MRI for no reason.
They are prejudice .I called to make an appointment I left voice mail clearly, but they never called me back..
