I hired Navis Pack and Ship to ship our antique oak rocker to my son in NEW YORK from Arizona. our rocker arrived well packed and in a timely manner. Our Rocker is now settled in a new family home. We sold our house in Arizona and had to move paintings, sculptures and some custom furniture to Massachusetts and Florida. Brett and his team were extremely professional and did an outstanding job. Some of our pieces were very delicate and they did an amazing job of packing. Since our delivery time was several months after the pickup, Brett was VERY helpful in scouting out storage facilities and arranging all of the details with regard to storing our shipment in a climate controlled environment. In dealing with Navis, they always came when they said they would come and always did what they said they would do. Brett arranged for local Navis facilities in Massachusetts and Florida to handle the deliveries. Again, everything went according to schedule. Very professional and all of the items were delivered in perfect condition. Brett, thanks for a job well done. We will definitely use your services again in the future and will enthusiastically refer our friends. I should add that we have moved several times before in the past and Brett and his team were by far the BEST.
My client used Navis for custom painted furniture, to be shipped to them in Canada. They handled all of the customs paperwork also, which was a huge relief for both parties.From the very beginning Brett was very professional friendly and helpful! I dropped off the furniture to them and I was able to see their warehouse and was shown how carefully they pack everything. I was very impressed! Brett and Nick have packed and white glove freight shipped a number of high end luxury wood furniture and art pieces for our business to clients across the country. Brett Rushton and his team from Navis Pack and Ship in Phoenix, AZ provided outstanding service to us in shipping an antique secretary desk from Mesa, AZ to Illinois. It was gift and this was the first time we had ever needed ship something this large. The Navis phone number was found from a google search. (of course!) Brett answered and proceeded to be an excellent help through the whole process. He : - dealt with short notice during a very busy time - mid December - had 2 gentlemen pick up the desk promptly saving 2 senior ladies from having to load it and drive into Phoenix! - helped us with cost savings options by recommending the delivery made to a nearby shipping terminal rather than our house (a great option!) - and his team provided an absolutely outstanding job done of securely packaging the desk!!! All I can say is WELL DONE....WELL DONE! The desk arrived in perfect condition! My husband and I are so very thankful, appreciative and frankly amazed that such quality work exists!!! We highly recommend the owner Brett and the staff of Navis Pack and Ship in Phoenix AZ as they totally exceeded our expectations!
