The website says Airport drop off available, however if you call the office they say they do not. Used them tonight and the driver went to 3 locations to drop off passengers before the actual bus stop on McDowell. I almost missed my flight since I do not live in Phoenix! The driver couldn’t care less that I would be left on the street. Will file a formal complaint as well.
