I only tried their pizza so the review it based on their pizza. Good New York style pizza, not incredible or the best but for being airport fast food it was good! Friendly customer service and got my pizza pretty quick! Free refills are a great plus too!

Great flavor and variety. If you're not into pizza, they have other options. If you're a vegetarian, they have fresh Greek salads. I'd say pretty damned good for airport fast food.

I never take the time to fill out surveys, however the service was so horrible, I felt compelled to take the time. I waited 10 minutes before I went to the bar to get a menu. I took at least another 10 minutes for Staff Carter to take my order - she could not explain the menu to save her life. I must have been another 30 minutes to get my order at which time I had set out my credit card for payment. Carter swooped up my credit card and I did not see her again. She did not check on my meal. I finished my meal, waited, and finally went to the empty bar to retrieve my credit card. As a viewed through the door window into the kitchen, Carter was vaping as the cook cooked. As she can out, she was surprised when I requested my credit card back. She did apologize, but it was fat to late! Totally unexceptionable!!

Poor service. Woman walked away after swiping my card to text on her phone. I had to reach over and grab my own receipt when I realized she wasn't coming back. Pizza looked old and not done while some how tasting burnt.

Why can't we have decent airport food at Sky Harbor? Stopped at NYPD for a sandwich while waiting for a flight to arrive. Service is terrible, waited 15 minutes for a server. Ordered a Chicken Parm. Sandwich. Got a tiny sandwich with the grisliest piece of tiny chicken that I've ever had. NYPD is our go to place for pizza, usually the Raintree store. The airport location is a poor example of a normally good small chain pizza shop. Fix the food.
