The building is consistently clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and professional. I manage Urban Yoga - the yoga studio in one of the commercial condos on the ground floor. It's a pleasure to be in this building and to interact with the other commercial businesses and building residents above us.

We moved to One Lexington in June and not only found the clean well-kept modernized building soundly constructed (cannot ever hear any neighbor noises), but the staff extremely proficient and helpful even anticipating your needs. It’s also very dog friendly as we have a senior dog who has adjusted well and has lots of new friends here. Wonderful views and nice neighbors too. We love it here and recommend it for folks looking to own in the Midtown area.
