Worst place ever, they just left me without service and without seeing my regular doctor over a clerical mistake from their part. I was recently discharged from the hospital after fighting Covid and made an appointment to see my doctor as usual and only when I showed up to my appointment that’s when they decide to refuse service. I recommend to go look for another place for service, they have no heart, I was with oxygen tank and all just trying to follow up with my regular doctor but do their no heart service I didn’t get to see my doctor.

I really like my PCP and all the other doctors here, and the front desk people are very nice. But when I joined it was so easy to get through to them on the phone for time sensitive matters. Now it's basically impossible. Every time I try to call, I'm on hold for at least 20 minutes before I give up.

My PCP is Ann Andrews and she is fantastic. The customer service I receive from the clinic overall is superb. It’s definitely worth the membership fee. Labs are done in house. I can book an appointment so easily on their app. I can do a video visit with an available doctor 24/7. Thanks so much One Medical!

So many people moving to Phoenix will need doctors, I can not suggest this place. Have called several times for help scheduling a follow up appointment, no one answers the phone so I leave a message but never get a call back. I am a “member” this is not a good way to start a relationship with your doctors support staff.. I will rethink this choice.

It’s like a doctors office from the future. I got really awesome one on one care and the amenities were amazing. Patient for life.
