Very nice place to live, quiet neighborhood with easy access to transportation. The orchid house is very reasonable on rent a very clean house and a wonderful landlord. Very quiet and respectful people living here.

Best sober living house I've been in!!!
First I just wanted to say to those of you who had negative experiences maybe you need to look at what kinda rehabilitation you yourselves were working with,The Orchid House (Roger &Stephanie) is a wonderful place to start living life on life terms not mine they are incredibly caring &supportive and they genuinely care about you Thumbs Up Orchid House
This is an amazing house have lived here for 9 months has been a safe environment with great people and fantastic owners would highly recommend
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT live here. The man who owns and runs the house, Roger Geiger, is very incapable of handling his own issues, and will eventually take it out on the tenants. He'll bully you into paying more rent if you don't clean up after yourself. From a personal experience I've had with him, he's a very immature and childish individual. Threatened to throw a TV at me. Almost physically laid hands on me. Please, do yourself a favor and don't live here. I've been clean and sober for a little over a year now, and he accused me of being belligerent and drunk. Find a sober living with a good house manager or owner. This is not it.
