WOW. The customer service for curbside is exceptional. I’m literally blown away. Long story short, I did an online order and used two gift cards and my debit card but I think I put in the old card number of a card that recently had fraud AND THEN left my wallet at my office. The crew members that handled it were SO nice and kind and ended up just giving me the dessert that I told them to take off so that the gift cards would just cover the cost. I’m not the type to want something for nothing so I felt terrible accepting their gesture but they were so nice about it. I wish I caught their names because their generosity was beyond compare.

I haven’t had Outback in years so I was really excited to order tonight. I saw the Braised Beef Bonzer-Wich on the menu and decided on it immediately. What I received was something inedible. It was so dry and and solidified that when I turned the sandwich upside down, the beef didn’t move. Not one bit. This food should never have even left the restaurant; I can’t believe that this even served. I gave two stars because the French onion soup was great and the manager took care of my meal.
Uncertain how what seems to be the only Outback with lamb chops has the nerve to undercook them and let's get into the lobster tail situation. I ordered 2 of them now while both of them smelled EXTREMELY fishy 1 of them looked as though someone chewed it up and put it back in the shell. I called the following day to complain and had to go back and forth with the \manager\ about the quality of the food as though he assumed I was lying...overall after spending over 100 on food, I was only offered a 40 credit. Needless to say OUTBACK NEEDS TO DO BETTER AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CUSTOMERS NOT LIKE SUSPECTS IN AN INTERROGATION.
Checked in on mobile and was told the wait was 30 minutes and to wait in the car... Check in at 30 minutes and they tell us it's another 30 minute wait because we didn't physically come inside and check in after we already did so on the app. When talked to the hostess and apparent manager we were just condescended too. Save your time and go to Longhorn or Oreganos. You'll have a much better experience.
This place is clean & COVID compliant. Food is great, Kevin the Mgr & Tyler the server are awesome
