While I was parked I noticed multiple employees either not wearing masks or not wearing them properly while in public spaces like the lobby or at the doors. Didn't feel safe enough to even enter.

I should have read the paperwork more closely. In the paperwork that I signed, I gave them permission to sue my insurance company for the out-of-network cost that I technically was not responsible for since I signed a contract saying I would only pay a certain amount every month for three months, and they said that they would not collect on whatever was left that I owed. So now I got a letter saying that they are going to sue my insurance company for the remaining amount, and if I do not agree to this lawsuit then I could be held responsible for the remaining balance. Scammers! I appreciate that they tried to help me, although they could not, but as if this country's Health Care System wasn't messed up enough, now this company is going to sue my insurance company! On top of all this they tried to pressure me into getting procedures that I did not feel comfortable doing, especially when they had no information on the doctors that performed any of the procedures. I do not recommend Pain Stop to anyone.

I've been going here for a year or so now and I absolutely love this office! I was really nervous when I first starting looking for chiropractic care and I was referred to this office. The people in this office are the friendliest I have ever met. They know who I am and remember me when I come in, I love the personalized, individual care that I get here. I feel so much better since I started coming here. I used to be going to sessions 3 times a week and now I am down to every other week. The people in this office really care about you and make it worth the time to go in!
