I brought my Maltese/Yorkie female to be groomed. Raven did an absolutely AMAZING job even though my dog was very unruly as it was her first big cut. She was so understanding and calm with her. I will most definitely be returning to this location so we can use Raven as long as she will allow!!! Thank you Raven! Peanut Butter appreciates you!!!

Bad groom on my cat. This is how they gave her back. Said they could not finish because they upset her.
Honestly the store management has been changing.. very unprofessional new managers. Who be little their employees in front of customer. Very wrong to discredit yourself and your management skills. I love this store for its hourly employees. They are all amazing. They know what they are doing. Those hourly associates work their @es off on that store. My dogs always look amazing after being groomed their. Great work team petsmart. Always a pleasure a team!!
I adopted/rescued this sweet girl, Roxy, from PetSmart, who was housing her for BARK animal rescue. I called the evening before and the employee who helped me was patient, kind, and courteous. When I went to meet her, I was never rushed and allowed to give Roxy the space to adjust to me, first. They had a problem with their internet, but still allowed me to take her home after taking down my information. Roxy is such a doll and the staff made it a fantastic experience in adopting her. I can't thank them enough.
I have been grooming my beloved dog, Henry, here for the last seven years! We are so pleased with the results and will continue coming in every month. What terrific surprises grooming brings us!
