I’ve never had a bad experience. You treat people the way you want to be treated. I see some bad reviews on here, but they are just Karens

I been seeing Dr. Rosenthal since 2014. And she is great, my son has had 2 surgeries with her he has autism and she is so patient and sweet to him. and honestly her work is awesome. There is a 10 to 20 min. Wait to get in. But the waiting area is clean and comfy and if I'm going to see someone as professional as her it's worth the wait. thanks Dr. Rosenthal my sons eyes are way better

Dr. Rosenthal Is awesome so sweet and great with my kids my sons have autism and she’s so good With them. But the front office staff is another story they are rude not only to me but as I sit here they are short and rude with others. I tried to make an appointment for my other kids and she told me she was to busy really that’s so unprofessional. Then when I went back up to ask if my sons been here before or if he was a new patient she told me she would call me back up and never did as I sit here no one has been to her window for over 20 min why can’t she help me so rude

My 6 year old daughters prescription expired and when trying to get a new appointment they didn't help at all. To get new glasses she needs a new prescription she is 6 glasses break easy. Today 11/29/16 they got me an appointment for 03/15/17. I mentioned again she needs new glasses. Now the earliest is 1/9/17. So my daughter that can't see without glasses can wait more then a month to see? It's not like I'm asking for some pain medication here. On top of it yes I did miss two appointments try being a full time employee and mom of 4 and single. The receptionist had to rub it in my face that I missed them. You know I'm only human and trying to get her in. What's wrong with people nowadays what just cause it's the holidays you don't have to work as hard?

Our appointment was first of the day. Needless to say we were there for 2 hours....Come on. They work at an extremely slow pace, be prepared.

Dr. Rosenthal has alway been my kids eye doctor and is very Friendly, helpful and just an overall wonderful doctor. However the Compay it self and the staff that you schedule your appt. with are very nasty and not nice. You can never get into your docotors office. They tell you that you have to wait a year to even get in (even after have eye surgery), but if you go to the office itself the ladies are super sweet and are able to get you in with in a few weeks. I would rake them higher if it wasnt such a pain to make appt's. Other than that i have no camplians.
