I've been in the laser business for 27 years. I've performed over 45,000 laser and IPL-based procedures in the last 18. There are many unscrupulous laser repair companies, much like there are in the automotive repair industry. One company refurbished my IPL hand pieces and the energy emitted was all over the map inconsistent of the settings I selected. Twice the flash lamp in the hand piece exploded! I learned they were likely getting their lamps from China. Another company charged me a flat fee of 750 just to diagnose servicing issues. It's therefore critical to engage the right company for safety, efficacy and fair pricing. Phoenix Laser Repair fits that bill, offering consistently prompt service at a very fair price. I can count on same day or next day service when I have a need or a down system. The refurbished hand pieces are very accurate and reliable and priced about half of what the manufacturer charges. One time, my Zimmer Cooler was down. Jerry believed it required an expensive 600 part, but was uncertain if I needed the part. He worked an hour trying to fix the device in hope of avoiding replacement of the part. The attempt was unsuccessful, so he didn't charge me for any labor time. That kind of honesty is unfortunately very rare in this industry. I would never call anyone else. I'm so very glad I can depend on Phoenix Laser Repair Services!
Doc from Phoenix Laser Repair Services was absolutely amazing! He fixed our Alma hand pieces and our Tru Sculpt ID machine. Our devices are fixed in no time! We were up and running within a week or less every time! Would definitely recommend this company!
