I am writing this review because of Greg Brown, General Manager, of Phoenix Pest and Termite Control. Greg was extremely helpful, professional, polite, and knowledgeable!!! Greg helped rectify a customer service issue we had one day before his visit and was the epitome of professionalism! I would strongly recommend the company because of Greg. In addition, Brian, another one of the managers, was also helpful, patient, and proactive!!! They are an excellent team and represent what customer service means.
