Extremely frustrated with services offered by the answering center. I have called a total of three times to have new trash cans delivered for new builds in the community we manage, I was never advised that the water services needed to be in place for the trash cans to be delivered till the third call. In my opinion with the lack of information and knowledge the reps have I would suggest they need to be retrained. So frustrating to depend on professional services and get nowhere with untrained undependable service. Its sad that we are forced to count on The City of Phoenix.

On Tuesday, Oct. 13 of this week, water began spewing from my water service pipe from the street. I called the city and they came quickly. Men worked here to fix it for 4 hard hours, digging down to shoulder deep to fix that broken pipe. I am very pleased with their work and they left my yard in good condition and water service was restored in not too long a time. Thank you Phoenix City water service. Those men are to be commended.

Pipe burst inside the wall of my house. I didn't realize it until I woke up the next morning and my garage was flooded. My water bill for the month was nearly double. City wouldn't reimburse me a penny. I understand that the problem was on my property, but you'd think the water department in a city of 1.4 million people could help a guy out, especially one who has been paying on time for nine years.

Payment center is across the street 305 building, this is where you go to start service and they open at Noon on Thursdays . So I came way to early.
