Horrible first experience. Sent a guy to do a simple exchange and John sent us back with a smaller tank. 80 and 120 are not the same and to tell me that its the same size that they very in size and if I want it back that I have to prove it or pay the difference for another tank. I run a small business ant thats not a way to conduct business Sorry. I never write reviews so I don't know if I can respond to a response. The main problem was that the tank we got in the exchange was smaller than the one we brought in. We brought in a 120 and received an 80.
