I buy a good amount on plastics throughout the year, but I have been trying to use local vendors lately on all my ventures. I thought I would try out Piedmont for a few small orders. I won't be back. My last two orders, both very simple, have gone really wrong. (2) sheets of white acyrlic cut into some simple rectangeles have now gone on for 3 Weeks. The local branch keeps putting the blame on the L.A. Distribution office claiming my order is not making it on the truck, and they forget to call me back to let me know that. I hate when I have to check daily on orders and can't rely on my customer service to respond to me. So I am moving on. The only reason for two stars is for the guys in the back that seem to hustle to get my order to my truck.
