I cannot believe this office! Called in to schedule a patient and the receptionist would not schedule since the patient did not speak English. She stated he needed an interpreter even after informing her he had one. I was transferred to a secondary person that reiterated \we are an English only office\. WOW WOW I understand that, but if the patient is having an English speaker call in, and will have an English speaker with them as they requested, why deny the services? The lady on the phone stated she was the office manager and refused to schedule even giving me attitude because I was calling on his behalf even though the patient was right next to me. NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Posner for 8 years now. I travel six hours round trip just to see him. He is an excellent specialist. His staff are awesome people and very hard workers. I truly believe if you treat people with kindness and respect, it will be reciprocated.
Dr Posners nurse is a sadistic very rude and mean woman who makes several mistakes but will never take responsibility. Until he gets rid of her, his practice will suffer and he will continue to get bad reviews.
Horrible Dr and front staff. Two hour wait for scheduled apt. Dr hardly did anything to take care of my arthritis. When I questioned his ability to help me he told me to see another Dr. MA will call you back days later. Staff is rude. I do not recommend this Dr.
This doctor should have zero stars, but I cannot give him that!!! I agree with those who have said the staff is short with you, calls do not get returned, and the communication is one of the worse I have ever seen!!! I saw Dr. Posner once, and the office manager is saying I cannot see him again until I get the bloodwork he requested. LabCorp was not certain about some of the requested bloodwork which is why I had called the office and no one got back to me. I tried calling back, but they were never there as others have mentioned their hours are sporadic for communicating on the phones. When I finally did reach someone I was told I could not have an appointment until I completed the bloodwork. I had done everything Dr. Posner had requested, got a bone density, saw a pulmonologist twice, got blood work from two other doctors, but the Lab was confused on some of this Dr's requests. I just wanted to come in and discuss all this with Dr. Posner since no one would address it on the phone. I was not looking for anything in the visit but to talk things over and get some new labs. I was told absolutely not, and I would be taken off of his services. I will be reporting this doctor to the medical board; this is unprofessional, and the sad thing is I am sure no one in that office will read this because they do not care!!!
