Delicious soups like broccoli & cheese and chili. Made to order salads and subs are good too. Employees are always friendly and attentive. Outdoor seating available if you want that.

2nd time here. soup was excellent. sandwich left a LOT to be desired. barely a teaspoon of chicken salad and waaay over peppered. The bread might have been tasty but was over toasted (slight burnt taste). I should've stuck to the italian that I had the 1st visit. EDIT: Called to let them know... the manager on duty was appalled that such a sandwich was served. Offered to comp my meal and offered to make it herself if I wanted to come back. Quality matters to them so I will definitely try again. Thank you Cat
If you are looking for an alternative to fast food like McDonalds or Subway this may be worth a try. If you are looking for quality food look elsewhere. The plastic wrapped bread was dubious and drew an immediate yellow flag. The employees attested that they do not bake their own bread and are unaware of their bread creator's identity. On the Potbelly website there are a few cherry picked questions in an makeshift FAQ section that completely side-step any chance of disclosing the ingredient information of their products. Red flag.
Don't fret if it's busy, it is worth the wait. The place has a cool atmosphere. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.
Ample parking space. Friendly staff. Food is up to chain par. Pretty clean.
