We were so impressed with the sales visit & the savings we were showed would happen. They took almost 2 months to install the panels and since May my bills keep going up with APS. I’ve been calling and trying to get answers and would really like to have the panels removed. Wish we had done more homework on this company. Between the loan and aps bill paying more then I ever did without them. Just sent copies of aps bills over today and hoping for a response. We really want to speak with a manager. Not heard from the sales rep and don’t have his number.
