So, I am in desperate need of a service man to help get our dtg printer up and running. I had spoken with them about our printer prior to Jacks scheduled visit. They were aware it was a dtg printer. So the first visit I had to cancel, but Jack was understanding and very cool. Then when he did come back he said I never told him about and he just left. They knew what it was because they sent an email explaining that there were no guarantees. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and out right rude. Jack shook my hand, and then he left without a word. Nice way to do business. If I could go lower than 0 stars I most definitely would.

Based on the good reviews, I had CMYK fix my HP printer. Dave was really great, engaged and fixed the equipment in a timely manner. I'm keeping this company's number. Highly recommend. :)

A great experience getting our printer repaired by Jack. He was punctual, courteous and friendly. He cleaned the printer sensors and checked the other parts for operation.
